Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Mystery Travels! By booking a tour package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book a tour package.
  • Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment.
  • Travel Documents: You are responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, if applicable.

2. Privacy Policy

  • Data Collection: We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information to process your booking.
  • Data Usage: Your personal information is used solely for booking and travel-related purposes.
  • Data Protection: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Registration: The last date for registration is one month before the start date of the trip. The registration amount will be deducted from the total package cost and is not an additional fee.
  • Refund of Registration Amount: The registration amount is 100% refundable at any time.
  • The time required for the return of the registration amount is as follows:

    • Initiation: The transaction will be initiated immediately upon request.
    • Completion: The receiver should receive the amount back within 3-5 working days of their respective banks.
  • Advance Payment: For trip confirmation, 25% of the total amount needs to be paid in advance. This advance payment is non-refundable. For trips during the Hornbill Festival, 50% of the advance needs to be paid, which is also non-refundable.
  • Final Payment: The remaining amount must be paid at the time of pickup.
  • Confirmation Deadline: The last date for trip confirmation is one week before the start date of the trip.

4. Changes and Cancellations by Us

  • Alterations: We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellations: If we cancel the trip, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.

5. Liability

  • Travel Risks: You acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, and you agree to assume all such risks.
  • Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the tour package.

6. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nagaland, India.
